He’s not vegan in all the comics though; as far as I am aware, it’s just the Ultimates. And Hulk, to punish Bruce or otherwise fuck with him, literally eats people.
So whether Hulk eats people because Bruce is vegan or that Bruce is vegan because Hulk eats people is up for debate lol.
When people choose to play/write Bruce as a bumbling fool with extreme mood swings that tend towards a super dramatic 12 year old child, I cringe.
He has one mood swing, true, but to me, he keeps everything else in check because if you let yourself feel one true, deep emotion, you have to feel them all. This much was confirmed in the novelization of the 08 movie. True, that’s just one interpretation, but it’s one that I’m thinking is probably true across most of the comics.
Well, maybe except for Marvel Adventures but that comic is so perfect in all ways that I won’t argue.

I understand that the character limits of asks is troublesome, but since you wrote an essay on your opinion, why wasn’t anything in specific mentioned?
The only example I can find of Shin’s mun avoiding revealing OOC information has been on the topic of gender, which I also have a personal issue with. Honestly, gender shouldn’t matter, so if that’s truly a point of contention, that’s ridiculous.
Also, Shin’s mun barely gets any asks/interaction from followers when asking for it with OOC memes. It’s something we’ve discussed before, to the point that they don’t do it that often because they barely get any hits besides, say, me and the small handful of other people in their circle. The mun is not blatantly ignoring you. They also get persistent, bullshit hate anon messages, so sometimes anon messaging is turned off to avoid the “UR A FAG/STOP RPING/UR A PEDO/FUK U AND UR FRIENDS” spew. To my knowledge, these messages are primarily based solely on assumptions made about the character they play.
Honestly, I don’t find this message helpful. At all. If anything, it comes across as a generalized projection of collective insecurities on other people’s parts, rather than an honest critique. Telling someone they’re mean, scary, and making, frankly, rude statements about how a player needs to ‘re-examine’ their behavior is striking me as massive BS, especially when nothing that can be referred to in detail is ever mentioned.
Shin’s mun never turns down an RP offer and has consistently, actively sought out others to plot ideas with. Some of their threads gets dropped without warning, so there’s another example of Tumblr RP/internet behavior I never understand, since that’s also rude as hell. Pro-tip: If you’re not honest nor direct with other players, then you really have no one to blame but yourself when they get upset in response/feel slighted.
I’ve gotten the whole ‘you’re an elitist/intimidating’ schpeel before, always from people who I’ve never talked to in RP circles or had minimal (and what I thought was) congenial OOC chats with. If you’re too afraid to respond to a message, similarly reach out, or even fathom asking to RP with another person just because you think their writing is ‘better than yours’, you can’t blame the writer for not a) being psychic and b) holding your hand and somehow magically handwave away this barrier between yourselves- which is entirely self-imposed, might I add.
